Booking process
Welcome to Luxury Mobile Restrooms -We are here to help align you with the best restroom trailer.
Here is the inquiry and booking process & what to expect at our boutique company:
- First, review our rental information page completely to try to determine if you have sufficient budget for a luxury restroom option based on group size and units that can accommodate that size before contacting us.
- Fill out the online contact us form with as much pertinent information as possible about your event including if the site has good access or will require a site visit. An actual event address is required to provide a delivery and pick up cost.
- We will reply within 24-72 hours by email with a written quote or additional information required to provide a quote. Please be patient, we will get back to you.
- Once you decide on which unit you wish to book and reserve for your event, please reply to the email with which unit you would like to reserve.
- We will reply back with additional booking questions for personal information needed to generate your contract and invoice. At this time, we will need to know how you will pay. We accept the following payment options: Check (no fee) mailed in advance and received within 7 days of contract signing/ ACH (no fee) / Credit Cards 3.6% fee added. This is a self-serve system to keep your personal information out of our hands and off our desks. You will not call us with your credit card information. You will fill in your information directly and privately.
- We will send you the contract by email and the invoice through our online Quickbooks portal.
- Reservations are on the calendar when a signed agreement is returned to our office and a deposit is paid to your account to reserve the unique unit. Reservations are not guaranteed until both items are completed. No courtesy holds due to peak weekend demand.
- Final payments are due in our office 10 days prior to the event. Our drivers do not receive payments at delivery.

This new 2021 unit is 14' and offer 1 Women's and 1 Men's SPACIOUS & ULTRA ELEGANT Restrooms inside one trailer. The Mini Suite features Quarz Counters and a crystal light fixture in womens.

These units added in 2017 offer 2 Gender Neutral or 1 Women's and 1 Men's Restrooms (depending on signage) inside one 12' trailer. The Petite Suites are more compact with one side door and one back door while still offering spaciousness and maximum comfort.
